Qualification controls
Specification, particle profile, moisture, microbiology where applicable, foreign matter, contaminants and lot traceability should be locked before commercial production. Samples must represent the intended commercial grade.
Commercial sequence
Specification → sample → technical approval → protected order → controlled production → shipment → collection → repeat forecast.
